Around here, this is the job
A lot of Hampton Roads houses need a handful of things done well, not a whole-home redesign. That is our lane.
How we do it
- 01
Write the scope on one page
What is in, what is out, what we will find when we open something. You should be able to read it in two minutes.
- 02
Sequence the trades so you are not living in a maze
Demo, any plumbing or electrical coordination, floors, paint, punch. One team owning the order beats five people who never met.
- 03
Keep the rest of the house running
We work so you can cook, sleep, and get out the door. That is the point of a small renovation.
- 04
Close it out like a bigger job
Walkthrough, list, done. Not ‘we will come back for that’ forever.
What this usually includes
- Laundry, mudroom, and hall refreshes
- Multi-item jobs (floor + paint + doors)
- Partial kitchen updates that are not a full remodel
- Condo and townhome projects with HOA rules
- Rental turnaround work
Questions we get
How small is too small?
If it is a single picture hanger, maybe. If it is an afternoon or a few days of real work, we want it. Bundle items.
Can this turn into a bigger remodel?
Only if you want it to. We will not ‘while we’re here’ you into a project you did not ask for.
