Around here, this is the job
A lot of our better jobs start with a repair list. Send the photos. If it is not us, we will say so quickly.
How we do it
- 01
Photos first
Text us the list. We can often tell from a picture whether it is a one-visit fix, a small project, or something that needs a longer look.
- 02
One visit when we can
We group work so we are not billing you for four drive-bys. Hampton Roads traffic is real.
- 03
Fix the cause when it is obvious
A stain is not the job if the leak is still there. We will not paint over an active problem and call it done.
- 04
Leave it cleaner than we found it
Repairs should disappear. Patch texture, paint, hardware — finished, not ‘good enough from the driveway.’
What this usually includes
- Drywall, trim, and punch-list carpentry
- Small rot and moisture repairs we can see
- Doors, hardware, and railings
- Caulk, grout, and ‘it keeps coming back’ spots
- Odds and ends after another contractor left
Questions we get
Is there a minimum?
We are happiest when the list is a real visit, not a single picture-hanger. Bundle a few items. If it is truly tiny, still text us — sometimes we can add it onto a nearby day.
What if you find something bigger?
We stop and talk. We do not expand a repair into a remodel without you asking for that.
