Around here, this is the job
Decks near the water rot from the top and the fasteners. We look at boards, structure we can see, and whether a refresh is honest or you need a bigger conversation.
How we do it
- 01
Safety first, then pretty
Railings, stairs, and soft spots come before stain color.
- 02
Match the house, not a resort brochure
Most of our outdoor jobs are family decks, condo patios, and a better path to the door — not a full outdoor kitchen showpiece.
- 03
Fasteners and flashing for this climate
Coastal hardware is not a place to cheap out. We use what will still be there after a few seasons.
- 04
Clean site when we leave
Yard debris and old boards leave with us.
What this usually includes
- Deck board replacement and repairs
- Railing and stair work
- Patio tidy-up and small hardscape help
- Outdoor showers and rinse stations as small projects
- Stain and seal when the structure is sound
Questions we get
Can you save my deck?
Sometimes. Photos of the framing (if you can get them) and the walking surface tell us a lot. If it is not saveable, we will not take money to stain rot.
Do you build big outdoor kitchens?
That is usually a larger conversation. We can consult, and we are a strong fit for decks, repairs, and right-sized outdoor upgrades.
